Often referred to as a superalloy, the Inconel Exhaust Valves are a nickel based alloy. The addition of chromium and nickel to the alloy is what makes the Inconel 625 Valves superior to most stainless steel grades. One of the most highly corrosion resistant material, the Mainley Inconel Pneumatic Valves, are used in various applications.

Used in extreme conditions, the Inconel Instrumentation Valves can not only withstand elevated temperatures but also cryogenic temperatures. Most manufacturers recommend the Alloy 625 Butterfly Valve due to its ability to withstand extreme temperatures without losing its mechanical properties. Additionally, Inconel 600 Check Valve has superior resistance to oxidation occurring at elevated temperatures. The Inconel 625 Needle Valve has immunity against chloride induced stress corrosion cracking.
